This is a beatifully shot swedish film which is set in an unnamed town in the middle of winter. In the words of rottentomatoes.com Let the Right One In reinvigorates the seemingly tired vampire genre by effectively mixing scares with intelligent storytelling. I personally would also add that it is more a love story then anything else, and a beatifully told one at that.

Yepp it's really good. Haven't checked out the American version yet, wonder how that might turn out.
