M Night Syamalan is a unique and genius young writer and Film Director. His film has a different style and vision. Most of his plotline having a twist ending and interesting mistery . Like sixth sense or airbender avatar, happening.

This movie is great, funny, and just plain fun to watch. I'm as old as dirt and can't believe I had never watched it before. All the actors are fun, funny and if you're as old as me You'll realize most are no longer above the ground!

I agree, this is a fabulous movie. I've watched it three or four times and each time I think we might die by another great flood. Noah built an ark and saved two of everything that existed. Imagine if this happened 500 years from now. Who will build an ark (lifeboat) for the generation we leave behind. What would the new world look like? There were many special effects in this movie. My favorite was the fighters who were made of stone.

True story. When Creasey starts his job to drive Pita to school she sits in the front passenger seat of the car and wants to have a conversation with him. He tells her that he has to focus on his job to protect her and won't be able to do that if he's chatting with her that they can't be friends. She calls him Creasey and they eventually become friends to the point that he helps her to win her swimming races. One day he takes her to piano lessons and as she leaves the building she is kidnapped. Creasey is afraid they will kill her and does everything he can to get her back. Sean Penn won Best Actor for his performance as schizophrenic Dr. Minor...and well deserved. A great chronicling also starring Mel Gibson about the agonizing compilation of the totally comprehensive Oxford Dictionary...a true story. There are many examples of embracing the human spirit in this movie, leaving us much to ponder and adapt for our lives. The young lady who plays the role of the widow and her heartfelt decision to forgive is absolutely riveting. A wonderful story worthy of watching.

one of my favourite tv shows. it had everything: action, humour, good music, attractive characters (actors), interesting plot lines, romance.....what tied them all together was the relationships that were formed. you grow to care about the characters and mourn when one of the good ones die. it was bittersweet when the show finally ended. thankfully, the spinoff show, angel, helped ease the loss.
