members of this one performance band were john lennon, eric clapton, keith richards and mitch mitchell. yoko ono was visible on stage until she hid under a blanket(?) as per her usual weird artistic sense. "supergroup" is a gross understatement. they came together for a single performance in dec 1968 on the rolling stones' tv special, "the rolling stones rock and roll circus". the show, however, didn't officially air until october 1996. rock on!
