When I thought of her, I didn't flinch
Didn't quiver
Not like the first time;
When I hesitated
And almost lost her
Almost lost my hopes
My dreams
My one love;
I see her as at the first,
But now beside me,
Before me
Within me;
A time without her now
I will not know.
