As I walked down by the pond…..
This was a place I was quite fond…..
But now I find this not as true…..
Because my feelings were so Blue….

It used to be this place was nice…..
But now I find it cold as ice….
For as I walk down by the pond……
The one I love does not respond….

She was the one whom made my day….
And always chased my blues away…..
But now I walk down by the pond……
With out the one I had this Bond……

She left me now I know not why….
She said that it was her time to fly…..
So as I walk down by the pond…..
My Heart and Soul does not respond……..

The day has come I know this now….
My Love has come to show me how….
To walk down by the pond so Dear…
And share My Love with one who’s near…

Though miles apart I know we are…..
She has my Heart and Soul afar……
