sustinence of my life

I have knelt in cathedrals of man both goth European structures, magnificent, dark, immense, and scary at the same time holy and empty of evil pure in their simplicity.
also the opulent palace churches of Europe with their ever reaching to god spires and the glittering gold trim bringing to mind the gifts of the wise. The stained glass windows that in addition to being storys of god are artisan pieces of beauty struck by hands guided by the almighty.
I am also lucky enough to have witnessed the cathedrals of god in nature. A redwood forest that literally takes away your power of speech with its power of the glory of the creator.
I have, with my two green eyes, watched the splendid nature of the lord our god as he created moving palaces of gems from the red stone sand of a desert.
It was a joy to behold an orchard of diamonds so bright and full of light as to make you think god was in ice and perhaps he was.
Yet every miracle I have ever witnessed is immaterial and minuscule beside the power of your smile.
Your ability to capture my entire being with a glance and hold me prisoner by the very fragrance of your being is rapture to my soul. The affect of your touch leaves me senseless and afire with desire before unkown to me. Your taste on my lips is manna so as to be food or drink for the sustinence of my life.
