so many thoughts that need be denied, stemmed regrets, accountability loss of pride. . . . why's it all tucked away, was it a time, a place an experience I faced, hardened heart, razor sharp tongue, faced hand out at arms length, bringing one's inner thoughts to protect with scorned strength. . . .

I enjoyed that one, many thanks and good day, am about to profer 2 or 3 offerings myself, will be interesting to see what others think, do like this one though, it does yet again, what we as writers of verse always try to do.....sum up life in such a way, that we can all start to understand it a little. Well done, well written, well said.
