If not today

If not today, then it will be tomorrow,
We only have to live the present day.
If not today, then it will be tomorrow,
There'll be another, better day.

If not today, good news'll arrive tomorrow,
Do not forget to check your mail.
If not today, the day after tomorrow
Will bring your voice through time and space.

If not today, then it will be tomorrow.
Come on, don't let me wait for long.
If not tomorrow then the day after tomorrow
Will be the day when our hearts will sing in unison.

marikia, "If not today" is a gentle write of hope for all. i must tell you though, my singing is notorious...not good, so if you want me to join in...be prepared. ;-)

Thanks, dears, for your comments, and yes, Agoodguy, we all know about your singing being notorious, but I don't mind singing notorious myself. In any case I've already joined and it gives me great pleasure.
