"So word and song be raised in honor..." - another beautiful toast to cowboys, whose toil is never lost on those, who admire their courage and perseverance. Well done, ROS, another heartfelt toast raised for those who ride on western trails. May God watch their trails! Beautiful toast skilfully wrapped in words.
An independent spirit can never be tamed. :)For it is not a life for the faint of heart or those without courage. Believe it or not, it wasn't written as a toast, but rather a tribute to timeless working cowboy. I'm glad you all liked it. :)

"I see by your outfit that you are a cowboy. These words he did say as he proudly stepped by". The "Streets of Laredo" how does the song go? Cowboys or as we call them drovers...there's such a romanticism there. I think I'd rather be a drovin'. Cheers ROS.

I could listen to your tales of life in the saddle from dawn till dusk. Another gem...
