moonlight dances

In your eyes lies a warmth
in your smile an invitation
perfect love flowing free
as the river finds the sea

And we all who know love
often think along this way
of the touch and embrace
and the soft words they say

Soft whispers candlelight dinner
pass the chocolates sip the wine
coal fire burning
wind outside whirling
love is a woman
who loves her man

We love and protect
care and devote
give of ourselves
to loves advances
when love arrives
in moonlight dances

This is really pretty... I don't use that word often to describe poetry(though sometimes I do when describing music) but it really fits. Very relaxing, and the last stanza is especially pretty. Great poem! teddybear rose

How many music therapists that build pools for dance education will use this poem on a poster? It could inspire anyone who dances or skates.

when love arrives is what to consider really. why are their burdens to overcome to get there what should the rellay be like and why have some wounded others on the quest love is not a war game to build the most property at the inner coast is it? but for some it was and restoration must be planed and the wounded need healing.
