I had the most beautiful dream...

We were young, and happy and full
of love for each other.

We laughed and giggled and teased
and played.

We had a picnic on the beach on
a warm summer day.
We made love on the sand, and
the rest of the world just
melted away.

All there was,was the two of us
sharing our love for each other.

He was my best friend, and my
one special love.

Then I woke up....I rolled over
in bed, and reached for him...

But he wasnt there...since he
passed away 3 years ago..but he
was here,in my dream. I know he was.
I felt his arm around me, I felt
his warm breath on my neck as he
slept.

I lay there, shaken,for a moment
remembering the beautiful dream.
when he was healthy, and full of love
for me.

My memories will be with me always
and i know he is still with me

But......
It was only a dream......
