Eagle Eye

Dipping an diving with poignant ease
You ferry across distances within the breeze
Up an down an around you see
Scouring for food...... constantly

Piercing eyes an talons so sharp
Darting in an out of enscarp
Weaving wings of flight through trees that park
Aiming to leave....... your mark

Moths abound for you to prey
Heads are torn an left to stray
Shrilling cries enamour the day
Natures gift .......for you to say

Constantly you glide up high
Then fold your wings for you to dive
Accelerating rapidly as you strive
For you to keep.... your gift alive

Graceful birds of prey that fly
Do often make me sit an sigh
Wishing to be in the sky
Vision of..... an eagle eye
