Loves last moment

Eyes swelling
becoming tearfull
spilling over
tear drops fall.

Words failing
mouths open
unable to speak
emotions choking.

Hands tremble
fingers entwined
clenching the hand
that clings to mine.

doors open
light has entered
darkness closing
hold me im scared.

Angels calling
last breath i cry
door closing
i whisper goodbye.

Incredible imagery, that last stanza would make a pretty decent inscription to have on one's headstone.

A very deep and profound attribute to parting my dear Ms Itchy.

But we do have to come up with this for all of us and we all need to go at one time or another.

Sadness and sorrow served well its purpose on occasion like this and you've put it too well on words.
