A heart is not confined
To time and place
Our thoughts like stones
in a brook are washed
Renewed by the river of life
Pure are the cold waters of adversity
Rejoice in the warm currents
That spawn new life
And grow into the person
You are!

Yes life is perpetual motion....life is very much like a steady current flowing over us everyday...occassionally more and occassionally less; both hard and turbulent and soft and easy flows....
