Ballerina caged upon your dancefloor Hoping there could be so much more But making the best of who you are Do dance with such abandon and candor You dream to be a real woman someday I dream to be in your world so far away So simple, so carefree, no distractions Please let me dance with you for a fraction Let me in and sit as your soul unfolds Let the bonds of reality relax their hold As I enter in and you began to breath We will always be what the other needs

About this poem:
I'm sure a porcelin ballerina would like to be human for at least a while and people sometimes need a safe and carefree fantasy world to ease their stress.
It usually is the title to a poem that catches my eye first. And this one was . I remember my ballerina music box. It was a jewelry box. I loved it so much. I thought it was beautifull. I think my ballerinas dreams were those of a little blue eyed girls. "As I enter in and you began to breath We will always be what the other needs" I thought this poem was so fitting and the last sentence so true.
