I just noticed where you live. Is that the Sovereign Majestic Order of Malta? That's a country inside italy isn't it?

Yes, it is exactly that Country, Island of Maltese Knights.

It is not inside Italy though, it is Country on its own, little rock more south from Sicily, in the middle of Med Sea, between Africa and Europe.
Malta is part of EU. professor
