I know you saved up all year long You wanted your kids to sing a song about the vacation to Disney World There must be 50 ways to pick your pocket There must be 50 ways to pick your pocket Just ride on the tram Sam Buy a mug Doug Buy your kid a doll Paul Just listen to me Eat a Mickey Mouse icecream Jean You don't need to discuss cost Just get a fast pass for that ride Clyde And set yourself free I know you feel abused by Mickey If you want real abuse ask the workers Who run Disney World Or the Haitians who make all the Disney merchandise There must be 50 ways to pick your pocket There must be 50 ways to pick your pocket Just pick up the bill Bill Buy some Mickey clubs Bub Stay in the hotel Del Just listen to me Buy a toy Roy Eat a snack Mack Ride a new thrill Jill and set yourself free

About this poem:
I went to Disney World in 2004, 1100 lighter in my billfold. I just wish I had went when I was eight.

Thanks for bringing it straight up,real life that we all can relate to,infact that is how this worlds commercial system is designed in a way that you will always be spending.

Sounds like Disney World might have about 150 ways to pick your pocket and they used them all

lol so true of theme parks, they are the only places I know who can charge $5. for a frozen banna and get away with it lol
LadyMorgan60, thanks for your comment, I wonder if they have a Disneyland in Europe yet? Yeah, it was a lot of fun spending it, but I'm done with Mickey, unless someone else wants to take me, lol.
CloudySky, thanks for the comment. I never made it out to California. I heard DisneyWorld is a lot bigger, but I'm sure that Disneyland since it was first has a lot to offer.
bjallen, I remember going out west and eating our lunches out a cooler and saving a ton on the expense of the trip. For our whole family it cost 800 dollars, back in 1993.
