Summer (Part2)

Grass stalks bend
Tender greens
In the breeze
Landing pads
For a butterfly
Rests a minute
When sun sheens
Warming with ease
Color startles
My eye sockets
Behold May Queen!!

Hi Yankee,

The free verse certainly suits the subject matter of those spots of time in Nature. wine
