Some are just made up, others I incorporated the motto of the state, some were easier than others. Of course I left Idaho the way it was.
LadyMorgana60, thanks for your comment, Norfolk sprouts sounds like a good one. My knowledge of English food is a little lacking since I've never been there. All I can think of is fish and chips, mayo on french fries, eel pie and some tea.
