A Piece Of Me
The sacred river flows to the unknown lands
The undying feeling of pain and remorse
A chilling wind blows by destroying life
Through the valley of death and shadow
To lands unknown my spirit goes
A piece of me wants to go back
A piece of me wants to go on
A piece of me wants to die
A piece of me wants to live
A piece of me is dead
A piece of me is alive
The past cannot change even though I want it to
So many mistakes so many bad things have happened
Too many things have gone wrong
Change is imminent
Death is certain to a longer path
Life to one that cannot be told
Time for me to pass on
Not to death but to an uncertainty
Madness and insanity plague my soul
The time for change is gone
Life seems to go wrong and I know it is
Madness surrounds the sparrow
Death surrounds the crow
My time has come
I must move on but I can't
Let go of time
I am working to go
But that piece of me still defies

Always take heart in knowing, no matter what struggles you have had to go through,no matter how much pain have had to endure...you never will have gone through anything in vain.... everything that we experience on out pathway in life takes us on a journey of learning for our onward journey
