From the dust

From the dust I came
and will rise again
reborn and reformed,
new ground to regain

To the dust
life sends me
in is trial and pain,
tough my spirit is bruised
it is not slain

In the dust
some see me
as yesterday's man,
but the mind of experience
has a master plan

Blow the dust aside
a new dawn is here
a new man discovered
for all to revere.
