A Modern Day Fairytale Love Story

Being wrapped in our love's glory
Is the tale told here in my story
Laid to this page and written in rhyme
Is a legendary love story for all of time

It always begins with two lonely hearts
So you'll know it's true, that's when love starts
When one lost soul becomes one with another lost soul
Just as God laid his plan for true love to roll

Heart to heart, soul to soul, and flesh to flesh
Kiss by kiss, touch by touch as two beings mesh
Filling our minds with the coming of ecstasy
Giving us that lovers glow for all to see

An exotic beauty who traveled over the sea
For her souls mate she had found in me
A man of kindness with that easy Southern style
That warmed her heart and made her smile

Both knowing the sting of loss and of pain
Survivors of life's many storms and rain
Of unbroken wills for a fairytale of love beyond compare
To match any legend, making a love story so rare

A man equal to any hero or that of a Knight
Stalwart and strong, yet tender to treat her right
And an exceptional beauty to match any princess of old
Tall, blond, and lovely; the hand of God made to behold

Written before they were born in the stars by the hand of God
These two he made to be together with his approving nod
From across the oceans vast she willingly came
Her Knight in her heart and on her lips his name

To build their Kingdom As God long ago foretold
This beautiful Angel and Knight born so bold
God had joined them together from afar by his hand
Two of legendary strength, anything to withstand

To conquer life in a modern day true fairytale
For once hand in hand they could not fail
Carrying that magical power coming from love
Made by the hand of God watching from Heaven above
