Shadows filter out the moon An eerie wind does blow Soon the clock chimes midnight To start the evening’s show Out of the darkness spirits creep Ghouls and witches cackle Round the cauldron chants arise Sparks from the fire crackle Spells concocted through magical brew Strongest on Halloween night So venture out if you dare But be prepared for deathly fright
