A maiden came to me I saw , With frosted claws, And mind of ice. Her sweet side was hard to find, A gift of words showed no thaw. My heart stabbed, Yet her beauty led me on. Was i mad , to carry on? I dared to reply, To show her that, I do no wrong, I wish to visit her world, And whats going on With a kiss at the end of my mail, I hoped she would return, Slowly , she understood, I mean no harm , If only she could, But my ice maiden took the plunge , And called ,and said, She aint so bad , It must be me instead, But now i have a friend , And she's not so icey as i thought, She's the greatest friend in the world !
