Am I ever?

Am I ever in your thoughts or is this life a concern?
Its the lack of knowing how to love,
'cause you really don't care to learn.
I'll burn your body beside mine since its our turn to die,
I'll lay your body beside mine 'cause you couldn't stand by my side!

All this time,
This perdition inside,
All the lost words leave me dead & dry,
All this time, I tried & tried!
Yet time after time I failed to fly,
Crime for crime, I'll leave no trail behind,
We'll run away to a place they'll never find,
This was meant to be,
Haven't you seen the signs?
Its our destiny, naked in cuffs & binds,
Reassuring,
Tonight we take flight through time!

Am I ever in your heart or do you care if I'm 'round?
Would your arms get lonely of mine weren't here to wraparound?
Could you surmount if I showed you the way to the other side?
My bloodhound...would you follow my scent out to die?

You've been expecting this,
I'm not accepting this,
Now would be a good time if you care to reminisce on,
How you were deeper than a friend,
A lover but the loves gone,
I don't think I'll be able to ever again,
The desire is gone,
You had changed,
You don't look at me the same,
I'm saying when I'm gone,
I am gone,
Completely insane,
I feel drained as this question repeats itself,
Am I ever?
I'll be dead of nothing else...

About this poem:
A metaphor for a relationship dying. Its a song I wrote and perform but to me its poetry, a true emotion. Its pure. Can't ignore a whore who put me there. To her thanks! Go live your life and pass your disease with peace of mind your safe with me!
