Below another gifted poet is putting himself the same question, wondering what to do or rather whether he could bear letting her go - what if he couldn't, what then?! Don't hurt yourself if things go the wrong way, cause decision is not only ours, though we would prefer that it should be, stand up to it and keep searching.

Here I am. Lying next to you.
My heart pounding. Thoughts racing in my mind,
Wondering what to do.
Should I tell you I love you?
Should I wrap you in my arms and hold you close?
Should I keep you here, next to me?
Should I take you by the hand?
Should I keep a picture in my mind?
The real question, though, is could I?
Could I bear to let you go?
