crystal wish..........

redwood forest standing tall
a beauty of such i can't recall
piercing the sky majestically
catching clouds when they are free
light from yonder filters in
allows the essence to begin
an dance upon your very soul
a shuddering homage but not cold
spiritually a place to behold
your journey's here do unfold
hours you seek the nurturing peace
under limbs and leaves that do ease
aside the hamarama springs way
a magic place a magic day
toss the coin an let it fall
let your prayers live to recall
the wishes that reside in deep
the love you cherish and to keep.....

I have walked alone in this forest many a times at my lowest. The energy this place made me feel revived, replenished and lifted.

never will you tread
a lonely path again
never will you dread
a lonely moment of pain
together we will drink
the beauty of nature in
together we will share
life an everything.....

This is my kind of location - somewhere to rid one's mind of clutter and set all worldly cares to one side, and even renew one's faith in human nature - the world is not all bad, and the people in it are not all bad.

A refreshing write Nu... Thanks.

wow Nuwahri - I absolutely love the forest and being able to walk through a forest full of life is just wonderful. The place where Robert and I have our house is about a 10minute drive from 'Beaver Creek' state forest in Ohio and well... it's just an awesome place to live so near. I can almost hear the trees growing in your poem, lovely stuff sir.
