so many diets i have tried, and i know i am not alone
I only have to look at a cream cake,and put on half a stone
diet drinks and low calorie drinks i find dont work for long
but i use them to wash down king size burgers, perhaps thats
where i am going wrong.
and pre packed diet meals i buy are no good to me as such
for where they shout "just half the fat" i will just eat twice as much
i knoow that it is sinful, but i love my sausage bacon and egg
so i will never lose the weight i need to lose, unless i lose a leg
the body is seventy percent water, or so i have heard it said
well no more crazy diets for me, just wring me out instead
yes so far as being slim again,i will approach it from that angle
can someone help me lose some weight ? and put me through a mangle
