About this poem:

I have been watching this show since it's beginning in 2002. I guess my real appeal to the show is seeing the bad singers get ripped by the judges. Last night Charlie Askew really got a major ripping by all the judges, but Niki Minaj was especially harsh with her comments about his earring, ponytail, and showing his muscles. He walked off the stage, that doesn't happen, I felt for him. The song he picked wasn't bad either, Mama by Genesis.

If I was ever having a pub quiz I would make sure you were on the guest list..I know I don't comment on all your poetry but I do read them,and as for your comments on all poetry here, well they always bring a smile to my face. I Do like American Idol especially Keith Urban lol... who is married to the actress Nicole kidman.

rapturecapture, thanks for the comment and thanks for reading my poems. I didn't know that Kieth Urban was married to Nicole Kidman, what a lucky guy. Lazaro Arbos and Janelle Arthur made it into the top 10, I voted for both of them.

SundaySilence, thanks for your comment. I haven't heard of that show. I do watch Pawn Stars on the History Channel. I haven't been to Detroit, but they have big sections of abandoned houses from the flight that took place and they say you can find dead bodies on some of those streets on a regular basis. I think I'll stay out of the Motor City.

madtat29, thanks for the comment. The show was better with Simon, no question about that. Niki Minaj is definitely meaner than a lot of the judges from the past. I have never listened to her music.

PoetNumber1, thanks for the comment. I have mixed feelings on Niki Minaj. I guess the part of me that likes her is her wild comments, and she is pretty.
