High Hopes

Up in the air with no regards for my fear of heights,
Seems like all I have is the clouds in my sights.
Nothing left around me just the breath in my face,
Even as I try to overcome the odds in life's race.
No holes or cracks to trip me up just the air beneath me,
Can't hold on to something when they're is nothing to see.
Just got to maintain hope and faith that things won't send me down,
Now I got to go through walls with a speed of sound.

we must always aim for our dreams, and accept sometimes, we have to tone them down a little, but what are dreams for.....goals to stretch our horizons....we all need them, as we stop dreaming when we are dead....Kathydancing
