when I was a young boy I wanted to drive a train,
and I wonder what it would be like..as I have that dream again
I wanted to be an astronaut, and fly out into space,
well my dream has not faded its even gathered pace,
perhaps in star wars I could even join the force,
or be with a crew on a spaceship, with me as captain of course,
I have a toy light sabre in my room and when I am alone at night
I light it up and away I go, giving the dark side a fight
and in the winter snow I don't hide away
theres a snowman and snowball fights, I want to go out and play
I watch cartoons like tom and jerry, I am not ashamed of that,
and furthermore I am proud to say I am a fan of postman pat,
this may all sound childish but I enjoy it and I don't care
theres kid in this ol heart of mine, and I want to keep him there
