Summer Love.

Embedded image from another site

Last night a singing frog
kept me up all hours of the night
I was thinking of your summer brown body
seeking you in the haiku of the season.

I long to lay with you
on the warm moonlit beach
under faceless wordless night clouds
until late in the early morning.

There I will feel your velvet fingertips
see your black hair fall
kiss your neck and you will kiss mine
tangled up in skin will feel just fine.

I will brush the hair from your eyes
your brown body so soft to the touch
we are arm in arm and cheek to cheek
our souls merge under the summer sky

we make love
and fall asleep...
