There will be a path that leads me to you
So please wait, I'm trying not to take long
You're holding my heart so please be gentle
I need your love to remain safe and strong
There are times when I feel so all alone
Thoughts of you is what keeps me hanging on
I'm fighting for a love that I don't know
Knowing our feelings are each others clone
If we don't meet know the fight made life sweet
Kept bitterness from knocking at our door
Thoughts of you shielded loneliness away
Hope giving meaning to our life once more
Every day I wake I know it might be
The day when you are finally with me

hope , simple human spirit , giving us the courage and determination to keep going --sometimes we will achieve our heart's desires --sadly sometimes we will not
in which case , the secret is not to let bitterness invade , but to always have love in one's heart
