I once had life
All around
The hustle and bustle
Crying and laughter
Love peered out
From my windows
And there
On my manicured lawn
They sat
With their picnic
Sharing
All joining in
And then
Slowly
They moved
I fell into disrepair
And now
I sit
Lonely
Neglected
Sad
