Quiet
as if letting
the air breathe.
Sitting
letting the room
make my
acquaintance.
Slowly breathing
in & out.
Listening
to the wind in the
distance.
Acknowledge
the world
taking a moment to
see what it has to
give.
Goodnight quiet for
the eyes of night
have closed
another day
