Crazy Things

Sometimes in life you do crazy things,
Wondering after you do them why,
Then when its time to pay the consequence,
You start to pray to God and cry.

People say things happen for a reason,
And the reason for this I don't know,
But from this lesson,
I will really grow.

I really new better,
Mom tried to let me know,
And what did I do,
No appreciation did I show.

I think I understand,
Why this happened to me,
To open up my eyes,
To reality.

But I thank God for everything,
The good and the bad,
He is the one there for me,
The best friend I've ever had.

I know he will fix this,
If I do what I know to do,
The song says," You take one step,
He'll take two."

So down the road of life,
Be care what you do,
So you don't bite off,
More than you can chew.

Call on the Lord,
Not only in time of need,
But in everything you do,
Listen and take heed.

He understands your troubles,
He there through your trail,
He is the one friend,
To walk the extra mile.

So when you feel a little crazy,
And life steers you the wrong way,
Listen to the little voice,
You'll be thankful some day.
