she draped her sorrows on the gentle breeze she poured her tears on the falling rain she sang her passion on the howling wind but remained unheard in her silence she could have smiled upon the clouds and walked her feet on the lush of green fields she could have bathed in the placid lake while the birds sung her happiness she could have swam in the roaring oceans while waiting for you to hold her hands but she knew all too well you are gone for good and so.... for one last moment she closed her eyes letting her soul rest let her spirit drift away with the passing wind happy and contented with the love she held secured and buried within her broken heart as she breath her last.

About this poem:
love..... is all there is..
Note: when I wrote this, eons ago, I was overcome with the gentle passing of a beautiful love..I am okay now.
My dearest Odette, I am so enlightened always with your comments and I am learning so much from you. I have written so many western HAIKU version because of you. Had it not been with your presentation of the not too rigid rules of our language's lack of fluidity, I am now embracing the system adapted by you and thank you so much..So coming up..
Love you my dear Odette..

my beautiful friend, this is such a huge step and shows so much strength. I felt it right inside my soul
Sorry - this is the first time I've seen this as I wasn't on this site back in 2014 and poems get buried. Beautiful, poignant poem Phyliss. Glad you were able to recover and go on.
