Yeah i remember him, a lovely guy, very sad but have to say I think your remark is uncalled for. Not many here are forum people so wouldnt have known him. Rob
Though I don't online regularly, I see to it I read some of the thread that interests me. I remenber DaytunaDude of his funny posts and comments. And his smiling profile pic reminds me how strong DaytunaDude was. He will be missed by those who loved him and admired him silently.
Blessed are those who gone through pain and illness for they have the time to repent their sins from this cruel world!
RIP DaytunaDude.
Thank you hotrodlarrys for the penned! ( sorry for my bad English )
I think I should explain My Posts, and Why I posted what I did, I Posted To the the Poets know that DD Had Passed away, When and Hour had past by, This DD RIP was at the bottom of the page and fixing to go to page two, Sadly, Aprox. 20 other poems came up, and Everyone seems to fight to see who can came up with the Most Signatures, Sadly the Man who Passed away had not even been acknowledged, I Bumped this post and Stated how Greedy people were, Even if You did Not know DD, that is fine, I passed a RIP message, and Sadly very few did post later, I am not here to Collect SIGNATURES, but when the Hearst passes could some have enough respect to pull over or Sign the Book, I was asked By one of the Poets to post this here, and I did per their request, Does anyone have any respect anymore?????
Thanks to those who did post, and Hopefully Now You can see why I was not so nice in My First and Second Post...
I have posted Several Poems of My own, and not here to Collect Signatures, Just Sharing That a Very well known, Long time CS Member Has Passed, Sadly I have to Draw a map to Explain My Earlier Posts as I did not Make them Childproof, and Clear....
Sorry For My Lack of Explanation, Now it is Explained!

Thank you Hotrod everyone yet everyone in my book deserves to be remembered, Just the fact that he was a cs member should have been all that was needed. We all have a little tiny spot of the sameness us long term members. I do remember him and it was not long before he passed he remarked on the blogs he suffered from cancer he had such dignity, I truly did not think he was so near the end.

Larry... wow, don't know what to say - I haven't been around much - just in shock, as when Jeepers passed.
Thanks so much for posting - Daytonadude was great to me. I had no idea he was ill. He & Jeeps were among some of the nicest people around - (Buddy sent me a Congrats 3 weeks before he passed & never mentioned a thing - I discovered a little in threads later - just as Redex mentioned Daytona posting in a blog).
DD - you made a positive impact here - rest easy - see you again some day Cat
I read the post from Hotrod and agree with him. I didn't know what he meant at first but after he explained it I SO agree with him! It seems like Daytona Dude was well liked in the forums blogs and in poetry. Although I didn't know Daytona Dude but from my understanding both Hotrod and Dayona Dude have been here for several years and are both well liked and respected. My condolences to his family and friends.

Thanks for allowing us in poetry to be informed Suzanne
I did not even want to post back to ANY, Because this was not about me, It was to the Signification of a Lost Loved Member, Who many Loved, and Many seem to have No respect, Sorry for my Insignificant Admiration to a Wonderful Person, Who So many have Not a Clue, and Have too much admiration for SELF than to see through the Loss of a Loved one, Thank You for your wonderful Post!
Lucy1777, Last but not least, Thank You for taking acknowledgment to my Posts, and the time to understand the meaning of why I said what I Said......
Tho you explained you did not know Daytonadude, You had the heart to express your feelings, Thank You from the ones who did Acknowledge Him, You seem A Very Kind Hearted Person.....
thank you darkhorse555, This is not about me, Or the Poem, it was about a lost Loved one, Thank you so much for posting!

Yes I remember many of the posts and quips that DD posted within CS and it is unfortunate that his passing has occurred just shows that many of us never really know what the future holds for any of us just that we need to live life as it comes. It is a nice tribute in the form of poetry to remember someone from the CS family.
For poets, as much they can very self centered and feel, as a poet, that they love to embrace wording, for many it can be critical, sad, but that can at times, be private.
Therefore, some stick to poetry, and worry to tread the forum.
Poets like myself are not special, they groove and write, in a Hidden language that some think will make them astounding. Or just different.
I'm just strange and different,I gather my memories, and remember HIM.
As DD would say "You are different" He was A Caring Person, Beautiful one at that.
DD would like this.
So Why not. So Glad you posted here on Poets Forum.
