The Night's Mare

Broken and ridden not destined to be
She is the night's mare born to be free
Bridle and saddle never to be worn
As wild today as the night she was born
Hooves beat upon the lonely plains
Wind rushing through her silken mane
Moonlight shining galloping the fields
Living the freedom the open space yields

In a way, yes. Thanks for the comment on the title, I thought of the title a while ago but couldn't find the right words to go with it at the time.
