Lonely

Lonely

Being lonely
you'll learn to love yourself
truly

Being friends with yourself
is the best relationship
you'll ever had

If you want
to know more about yourself
BE A LONER

And you will understand
yourself fully

With due respect I can not take your advice, dear poet, cause I know perfectly well what it means to be a loner. And, yes, I know very much about myself and I wish I hadn't known that much. What I also learned as a result is how to hate myself. No man has ever been born to be a loner - it is in fact a punishment for something bad done. I would never wish anyone to be lonely. Hope you will change your mind in the near future. Regards! sad flower

Hey Jared, been missing able to comment on your pics you have put some great ones up.

Sorry if you are lonely it can be a sad place to be. Just read Usha's blog and think that is the cure for loneliness too.

Reflecting and pondering life is good but it is in the doing , living and giving that we find our true selves I believe.

Have a happy day my friend hug

YUP!

“We must become so alone, so utterly alone, that we withdraw into our innermost self. It is a way of bitter suffering. But then our solitude is overcome, we are no longer alone, for we find that our innermost self is the spirit, that it is God, the indivisible. And suddenly we find ourselves in the midst of the world, yet undisturbed by its multiplicity, for our innermost soul we know ourselves to be one with all being.”

I have to admit I see the logic.... when I was probable the lowest I would ever be, I found I wanted to work through it myself....almost a recluse apart from all my Great Danes.
I did learn to understand me, and actually like me, but also found inner strength I never realised I had, so gained confidence.
Now I am back amongst people again, but admit to liking my solitude at times and feel sad for those who can't cope with being alone.....
Well written.....Kconversing
