Foot steps are washed
Out to sea as they ran
Toe's diggin sand, faces in smile
Feet splash the surf, laughter filled air.

We run hand in hand catching the moon
It rides on the top of those stepped upon waves
It seems like a lifetime of moons have passed by
Those two make it simple in this short build of love.

Not one or the other running ahead
Or one left behind as they stay side by side
Like each brand new day are those waves coming in
Hand in hand side by side as they both lead the way!
