God is not invisible, I can see Him in your face... The lines He chose to shape your place in this time-tested space... God is not invisible, when I look into your eyes... The lies you tell, they matter not, despite my tearful cries...
God remembers nothing but the good that you have done... The words you speak, so mild and meek, the rays of our bright sun... God is not transparent when I look into your soul... There's evidence of His grand designs, His love can keep you whole...
I testify that God exists, I see Him everyday... When children play, when wind does sway, the salty sea that sprays... God made no mistakes when He did weave you with fine strands... His hands I see, in you and me, His love it surely stands...
truly christian a powerful beautifully penned piece dear friend

Hi Christian
An extremely powerful affirmation of your faith, and very well written indeed. I applaud the utter certainty with which you proclaim your beliefs in this short poem.
Hi Christian, I for one really missed you from the corner, and poems like this one is the main reason why. I think this is a special creation by your obviously talented pen !
Regards Mick.

Lovely poem CK,gods presence is everywhere we see him in the flowers, the birds the green meadows in the storm,in the rainbow in the innocent smiles of little children and in a wrinkled, toothless one of an old person.Your faith is great, nothing shakes it.Remain so.

Hi, candykid, While God is not invisible, I can see him in your face... sets up a powerful image to begin God Is Not Invisible, The lies you tell, they matter not, despite my tearful cries... adds an unexpected layer of complexity to it. Thanks for sharing your rhythmic and rhyming verse that proclaims, I testify that God exists, I see Him everyday... When children play, when wind does sway, the salty sea that sprays... Amen.
been away more than present in here...I've missed out on a lot of poems...poems like this makes coming here a pleasure...you're a good man! "God remembers nothing but the good that you have done... The words you speak, so mild and meek, the rays of our bright sun... God is not transparent when I look into your soul... There's evidence of His grand designs, His love can keep you whole..."
Beautiful poem Christian. Psalm 139 is my favorite Psalm and your poem reminds me of it. He definitely does not make mistakes. We are all perfectly made in His eyes.
To find God in someone is a wonderful happening. I have met a few who do not. no matter how hard I tried. It is a horror story. I stay around those in whom I. find God resides
Arthritic to many, becoming to some, a grand gesture to the ones whom behold, perhaps in time 7 fold..........wonderful creation by onest of the creation..........
Thank you Christian. I know God loves me and I'm not Invisible to him - it's the humans in my life who get me down sometimes! Thanks for your thoughtfulness!
I have brought this back in an effort to ease any discomforts associated with my most recent post, which has struck a few questionable chords within it’s readers. Many of my writings do in fact testify of my personal beliefs, this one being no exception.
Lookn....I have bypassed many other's comments to address yours directly. I do hope you find that as evidence regarding my position on other's opinions. Nonetheless, I find comedians among the least respectable of all of the Performing Artists in their various fields of expertise. Some comedians are surely funny, but so are politicians trying to be serious. Some topics such as religion, can, and do, get easily confused with all things related to God. 'Genius' is not a word that I would ever associate with a person on stage dictating their crude remarks in an effort to garner attention and laughter......especially with a topic that pertains to Salvation. I do feel that the laughter I had was that you actually believed that I might have learned something by watching some old, washed-up comedian bashing God and religion....As if that may have somehow changed my thoughts, or diminished my testimony.....now that is truly "funny."......Peace brother, I respect everyone's opinions, with yours being of no exception. Thank you for your comments and suggestions.
