~A fire of flames~

Last match in the box
Been pulled out and lit
Forever flame it sure looked to be.

Why wind, water'd never snuff it out
Was a flame that could burn
By the heat of the love.

Biggest part of that flame
Was on fire in itself
Hardened embers of continual glow.

Yet to ash they won't go.

Fueled by a grip held so close
With a need to resist a new kind of flame.

a powerful poem, Bentlee
it rarely serves to hold anyone or anything by grip for neither is really ours to begin with. instead, we seem given to one another to Behold within the movement of all things

... by Allowing for every changing moment we are forever The Supple rose

And yet a flame by its very nature eventually consumes itself, but the hottest and most intense part is always at its heart no matter how small the flame becomes.....nice write my friend....
