Take me back to the time
When you were happy to be mine
Take me back to the time
I didn’t need to cry over you
Take me back to a time that we could’ve fallen
Take me back to when you wanted to
But I’m not fooling anyone, especially me
We were never going to be in love
How could we be?
Take me back and I’ll list the things I won’t do
Take me back to the time before you!

Wow.. very good stuff.. I like the last line, but then again.. everyone comes into our life for a reason.. we just have to learn what that reason is/was and hopefully we will have gained something or even a valuable lesson from the relationship.. Thanks for sharing !
