NORMAL....
What is a life, but good bits and bad
Smiles and laughter, balanced by sad
Rain and sunshine, an accepted mix
Hours-minutes, hands-move-clock-tics
Shouldn't need one, without the other
Living alone, or shared with a lover
New Born to children, who will grow
Seeds in soil, that nature must sow
This is life, like seasons each year
Joy filled emotions, ending in tears
Cold verses warm, ice thawed by sun
People walk, swim,dance, others run
What's normal, who can truthfully tell
We're told of heaven, opposite to hell
So many options, can come with a life
At a bride throw petals, other use rice
When you decide, what normal really is
What makes your emotions, explode-fizz
Accept you can be different, being you
Observing other, watching out for clues

This poem is great. Contex is great and absolutely true. A special eye it takes to see and accept differences. However Its the soul that accepts differences and realizes that they have merits of truth about them. This poem says it all and says it in a lyrical sense This poem is loaded with rhythm of perfect melody to where understanding is automatic because of its lyrical flow. Superb
The words sail through their as they leave the mouth much as a sailboat glides across a placid lakelake.
That was just one of their many observation......but it proves the point, in any form of the arts we all have our own style.... some may love or hate.....because we are all different.....
Thank you so much Ladygwen for your comment....appreciated....
