Yesterday is always gone
Tomorrow never never comes
All we have is today
So why wish it away
Yesterday is gone to never return
That day no longer holds any fear
What is done is done and cannot be changed
Nothing about it can ever be rearranged
Tomorrow is a vague shadowy day
No sense in worrying today away
About possibilities of dreadful events
No sense in wasting time in torment
Enjoy this moment for that is all we have
Live it in joy, peace and happiness
In a blink of an eye it could be gone
And tomorrow really will never come

"Yesterday is history"
"Tomorrow is a mystery"
"Today is a gift - That's why it is called the Present"
And technically we live in each second (moment of the day) so that each second is a present. Don't take each second for granted as we never know how many seconds we have left. "In the Blink of an Eye"!

You are so completely right!!!
But then, why can it sometimes be so hard to do ?
Perhaps because we are but lowly human beings.

So I got thinking about it and as I say - we only have the present - we never know when God will call us home. So live and love and enjoy the moment as it may be the only one we have here on earth. And for insurance - we should all be right with our Lord and Savior - because I want to go to Heaven to be with my loved ones - I don't know about everyone else! End of sermon!

I can't begin to think how it would have been if, it is all up to us, human, imperfect and all flawed.
When my parents passed away, I felt like I am shortened out with love from God but in the end I realize, we do have a purpose that only Him can know and for us to find out.
Therefore, spend our short time on earth with positive and good energy and show gratefulness to Him that gave us this chance.
I love it so much Kathy, it reaches out to my personal level of asking, who am I as God wanted me to be.
Thank you again.
