If you have a lot of luck For just two bucks You can win over a billion dollars You will win and holler Goodbye crappy job! Hello steak and lobster! I think I'll buy a porche or some other expensive car I'll fly to vacation spots near and far I'll shop till I drop for crap I don't even need I'll feed and feed and feed I will never again be in need I can afford to see a dentist or a doc My doors I won't have to lock Cause if they steal all my stuff I know I can go back to the bank where I have more than enough I will finally be happy all the time Not having to wait till after I have been given my dime Free at last, free at last, I will truly finally be free at last!

About this poem:
The powerball got up to 950 million dollars Saturday night, but didn't go out. The odds of winning are 292 million to 1. It will be picked again on Wednesday where it is supposed to reach 1.3 billion or more. My ticket had two matching numbers. You need three number to get four bucks.
Alas, money, no matter how much, won't give you, my dear friend, the kind of freedom and happiness you require, "money won't buy you love" in the first place! My advice is that should you win (and I wish you did), save reasonable sum for yourself for all the pleasures you described, but the major part of winnings put into a foundation of your own. The money from that foundation could save or educate many or put food into many months, or contribute to the search for habitable planets, so that if our Mother Earth is hurt in some irreparable way, at least some of us humans could survive and fly there. I, for my part, would promote education worldwide, if I were a winner! Happy New Year, dear poet, thank you for sharing!
marikia, thanks for your comment on my poem. Love is the one thing that can't be bought, tis true. I do agree a good education is a great thing to promote. So would respect for teachers, which is lacking.
I spent 50 dollas...got back 8 got the power number twice...It was worth the hope..if your gonna dream, dream big...Money cant buy love for sure..but ask Hugh Heffner how happy he is..Haha good stuff Mc
