Cow Preacher

I say to you my fellow bovine
My hoofed friends
We must be thankful for the grass in the valley
We must be thankful for the calves born each spring
Ours is a simple life
A life of mooing
A life of eating grass for hours on end
And that's about it

About this poem:
I saw many cows on my way to Lancaster this morning. Just wondering what would they say if they could.

what comes to my mind
was the flying cow in the movie Twisted
and it was still mooing
but this is much better

Sometimes I envy the cow who need only tp
chew the cud and give it's milk. Wouldn't
life be so much simpler.
