JUST SAYING

It torturous feeling like you're doomed
long ago any faith was fully consumed
Hopelessness the state I'm drowning in
ponder if punishment for previous sin

When alone life can seem void of movement
this despicable existence made me indignant
Not sharing everyday life pains me most
doubt and despair take turns playing host

For inducing laughter I have a knack
'never' give with assumption of payback
Inside me beats a heart as BIG as ANY
desire to do for others surpasses plenty

My exterior doesn't mirror my inner feeling
undesirable thoughts rarely cease reeling
How people feel most don't care to hear
in every troubled soul lives crippling fear

Acting on beliefs presumes one mentally ill
humans a mistake you can never repeal

About this poem:
If someone does something they feel is justified
because of their passion for right..
they are deemed a mental case.
That's not (always) a FACT... Period!
