In the quiet of the land. Rose a storm of mass destruction. No bombs or help by man kind. Just natures hand. No one knew how big it was to be. Or how much hurt and pain they would see. No one had a chance to run. Before the storm come and went. And land looked so undone. We'll start over some will say. Then others will choose not to stay. Some will cry for things they loss. And somes pain will be to high a cost. In the quiet of the new after time. Lives will begin anew. What else can one do?

Hi Happy; foreboding write, yet with all the Discovery, Nat'Geo, TWC, and other what-if's I tend to view, can't help but wonder 'bout a hemispheric-size equalizing. 'Hope not : )
Hi, Happygolucky4u, Yes, it's not nice to fool with Mother Nature. Life, perhaps not human, will begin anew...Remember the dinosaurs (now defined as "something unable to change")! Thank you for sharing.

Nicely written, but sad. Thank you for sharing ^_^
Thank you. Hurricane season is approaching my area again. It took a long time in 2004 for us as a city to start to look like we use too. Sad yes. Being hit with two major hurricanes back to back in two weeks time was difficult Now I am here alone and it is up to me to make sure everything is hurricane ready Wish me the best.
